What a FANTASTIC night!! I didn’t know you could hire waitresses for a party at home, but booking Nathaniel’s team for my birthday party was definitely one of the BEST decisions I made for my party. The ladies arrived before the start time, so we could go over the details. I was impressed that they had all the details, I sent to Nathaniel all written down in a notebook, ready to hit the ground running. They helped the party run seamlessly and all the guests commented how great it was to have them. I was able to enjoy the party being confident that Natalie and Helen had everything under control. Natalie truly went above and beyond, with her breath of experience, she knew exactly what to do when a guest broke a glass. Both ladies remained calm in every situation. Love! Love! Loved them and would not only recommend to family and friends but would be top of my list to use again.

Rachael and her team provided truly exceptional service for my fortieth birthday party, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond the scope I had originally expected them to cover. Nothing was too much trouble, and they clearly took great pride in making sure the day went without a single hitch. Their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed, in fact, numerous guests came to me throughout the evening to compliment the staff on what a fantastic job they were doing. That kind of recognition really speaks for itself. What stood out most was how proactively the team handled everything. They anticipated needs before they arose and stepped in wherever they were needed, without ever having to be asked. It made the entire experience effortless and allowed me to fully enjoy my special day. I would not hesitate for a second to have Rachael and her team back for any future events, and I will absolutely be recommending them to family and friends. "I recently hired Keshia and her team from Truely Lush Events via Poptop for my wedding Reception. As soon as Keshia got in contact with me, everything was so easy. She took down everything I wanted, no job was too small. On the day, Keshia and her team turned up and immediately got stuck in to what needed to be done. This was a garden party so we had to battle the rain. They continued working the bar, handing out canapés with a smile, even with the crazy weather. Nobody had an empty glass, just how a party should be. Keshia and her team took the stress away which meant I could enjoy my day. I highly recommend..
