Fantastic is how to sum this up. We hired it for our granddaughters 11th birthday. It way exceeded my expectations. Our granddaughter and her friends were over the moon. If I can give them 6 stars I would. Sally and Ben at Kayla's Bell Tents went above and beyond to set up a perfect tent for me and my family before our arrival. They looked at the ground and carefully selected the area where it was best to pitch the tent. My first impression when we arrived at the site and saw our tent was pure happiness after a long drive. The tent was so spacious and decorated very pretty, I felt like we had upstaged the bride 😂 I requested that we have a single bed for my daughter, who is 7 years old, and a double bed for my husband and I. The bell tent came with LED lights, comfy pillows and duvets, rugs, fun drinking glasses, a hamper basket with an extra throw and lovely decorated plants and objects. We misunderstood about the pickup time. Sally and Ben were so kindly re-organising the pickup. They gave us nothing but a sterling service. It was the best decision I made as we're not a camping people, and we don't own any gear. So it was perfect for us just to arrive and go straight to the beautiful ready-made bell tent. I cannot recommend Sally & Ben at Kayla Bell Tents enough. Their service was worth every penny.

We got the marquee up just in time for our party but it was close as there was a mix up with our job and the next (some tent poles were missing so the lads had to travel back to base to retrieve the necessary parts). No problem with anyone making a mistake. More communication would've been helpful as we didn't hear from the company when they were supposed to contact us regarding delivery times the day before the party. That caused us a bit of worry but in the end everything turned out great.

Great night for my husband's 50th - 3 families (6 kids all 10-12), gorgeous campsite, summery temps, fancy dress, games, delicious food and silent disco - what could be better!!!! Was a whole heap of fun. Silent disco went down a storm, would def do again. Didn't need to recharge tranformers or headsets before the event, we received them all topped up on the Tuesday, our event was the Sat night. We also listened and danced Sunday whilst putting away the tents! Super Silent Disco were very helpful, and it was good value in relative terms. I would def order from them again. Good choice of music on the pods they provided. Thank you

High quality and sturdy gazebo. The up lighters were a fantastic addition - especially when it got dark. Would highly recommend .
