I would strongly recommend Mario. He made the selection process easy and was very flexible. He arrived on time and delivered an excellent 5 course dinner for 10 people. All guests enjoyed the experience. He was very personably and left the kitchen spotless when he departed. We will utilise his services again in the future.

I cannot thank chef Paul enough for the fantastic meal he put together for us ! We had a package with an igloo for my husbands birthday and it was absolutely perfect!!
