Lucasz was fantastic. He was incredibly efficient and responsive to all my queries. The food on the day was lovely, plus both Lucasz and his team were incredibly friendly and supportive in the running of the event - they were only too happy to help with anything I needed.

Having been assured that it was simple to order some sustenance to follow a morning funeral, I did not hurry unduly to arrange the details. But then I found out that the advice was based on a misunderstanding of the real situation: there was no ready and waiting team to provide the goods. And the event was drawing close. In some trepidation, I approached Poptop to see if they could help. What they offered 'off the shelf' wasn't exactly what I had in mind, so I had to ask for alterations to a set menu - in other words, make the order bespoke, and quickly - and with the May Day bank holiday awkwardly interposed between the ordering and the event itself. I'm relieved to say that everything worked out well, and i thank Nicola for making this happen seamlessly. She responded magnificently to my several requests for impromptu alterations to the details requested, and the staff arrived on time and set up the food display with faultless efficiently. Well done!
P.S. Being someone involved in education, I naturally tend to avoid awarding anyone full marks, but after finishing this review I thought again and tried to add the fifth star, but the system wouldn't let me; so here is a correction: your work is worth Five Stars, not four!

Ed was fantastic, it was such a calm and relaxing atmosphere and the food was amazing! If you are looking for a special dining experience I would highly recommend. Ed was lovely to chat to, and really looked after us. Will definitely be booking again.

Honestly cannot thank Paul enough for the meal we had, every plate was clean and every single person throughly enjoyed every bite!
Paul was such a lovely guy and we all hope one day we are lucky enough to experience his food again.
Choose this chef at every opportunity!

After three separate providers pulled out of my birthday weekend (one through Poptop, two privately) I rang Laurel at Poptop and begged her to help me, with only two weeks to go until my doomed dinner party which was looking like it was going to be Chef-less. Laurel immediately sprung in to action and found me Ed, who had only recently signed up to Poptop.
After we had agreed the menu and confirmed the booking, Ed was in touch regularly (to reassure me he was still there!) but also to confirm the finer details of the evening. When one of my party pulled out at the last minute, Ed was totally flexible to change the courses to accommodate in other ways so I didn't lose money.
On the night, Ed turned up promptly, brought me birthday sparkles and cooked us a delightful four course dinner (and an additional palette cleanser!). He also flexed on timings to allow for a live singer we had booked. He dressed in full chef's attire, did all of the cleaning up after the event and not only this, but he also got involved with our games and conversations and was fabulous company!
Honestly, could not be more happy with Ed, the service he provided, but also how much of an all-round gentleman and nice guy he is. Couldn't recommend him more. THANK YOU ED! Legend.

All ~150 attendees of the event greatly enjoyed all the food provided, so much so that the vast majority had seconds or even thirds! Professional, yet friendly staff, well-prepared food and a quality stall. Well worth the price.
