Tony was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated really well throughout the booking process and on the day was incredibly accommodating. He arrived early to set up so everything was ready before guests arrived, which we really appreciated. Even though we ran behind schedule, Tony was so patient and understanding. The food was absolutely delicious — all of our guests commented on how amazing the paella was. We would 100% recommend Tony to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Guy was utterly brilliant, punctual, responsive and just a pleasure to work with. He arrived many hours early to ensure he was there on time to set up and churned out 80 delicious pizzas in the blink of an eye, our guests were absolutely thrilled with the service and food. It was also the little touches though, Guy caught a behind the scenes glimpse of us practicing our first dance away from the business of the wedding and captured that special moment and shared it with us a few days after the wedding which was just incredible and shows you the kind of person he is. Could not reccomend enough, would HAPPILY use again. The retro van against the backdrop of our wedding venue was just the icing ont the cake too.

Hand-stretched Neapolitan style pizzas with a Spanish touch! Born during covid as the baby of the Priory Caerleon, a 25+ years established destination restaurant with rooms in South Wales. We bought a vintage H Van, fitted it with some cool pizza ovens from our friends at Gozney, and got to cooking! Our approach to pizza is all about quality. Slow ferment sourdough bases, San Marzano tomatoes, Fior de Latte mozzarella, seasonal and locally sourced veg, and the finest Spanish charcuterie.

About supplier

Having been around for so long, we are fortunate to know a lot of pros! We are lucky to have a team of pizzaiolos' that are hugely experienced and have come from Michelin backgrounds, so there's plenty of skill and flare on the show to ensure your event is one to remember.
