Fantastic personalised service from Antonio for a gift for a 60th birthday surprise! He arrived with a variety of drinks onboard and 7 x 60th birthday balloons! Girls and their dad loved the experience, would recommend!

Arrived in plenty of time at our pick up in case of traffic was polite and respectful. My daughter and her friend says the car was lovely and very stylish for their prom I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a bit of class thank you so much ⭐️👍

Ken was absolutely wonderful. The communication was great, with a phone call a couple of weeks before and regular updates via text.
Arrived early, but was happy to wait / chat about the car.
Very lovely to chat to and my son enjoyed his ride to his prom. Ken was a sensible driver and made the experience both safe and lovely!
Ken was happy to make two pickups, and allow photographs at both locations.

Responsiveness was great. The driver was lovely and prompt. However, the car was in poor condition inside and out (clean but scruffy worn leather and dated interior it was not the luxury experience touted) and definitely not worth £700 for one hour. They claimed it was because demand was high because it was prom night however I booked this probably three or four weeks before (disorganised boys) so clearly this company was not in demand that much and now I know why. The air-conditioning also didn’t work and the windows were not allowed to be rolled down so 14 boys arrived in very sweaty suits for their prom. (Company response was they never said there was Aircon and it was a very hot day!) A miserly and tokenistic offer of a discount on another booking was made after I complained which in my view was a slap in the face. I would not recommend for anyone who wants a high class service. And don’t let them tell you there’s no limo younger than 2007 and therefore this is what you’ll get anywhere. This car has not been looked after, I have seen limos In immaculate condition, older than this.

Absolutely brilliant party bus
Service from when I booked to when bus arrived was amazing .
The bus did not disappoint all the boys were really impressed .
Bus arrived very clean and with drinks on board for the boys .
Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone. They are based in London but travelled to prom in Worcestershire .
