Planning a 50 th birthday celebration on May 20 th. Large garden available for a party tent or tipi. Bar and dance floor needed and lighting/ heating. No formal sit down meal - drinks and canapés for 100 -120.
outdoor beer festival themed party for about 150 people who will also be camping. Bit of a hippy glamping style but only need enough tables to seat 80 people as there are going to be bales of hay and bean bags etc..
the wedding reception will be both indoors although there is also an outdoor area. i would require a smoke machine mainly for our first dance, maybe lightning too or sparkles, depending what is in-store.
I am holding a festival type party (private event)there is direcr access to the field; where there is hardstanding for vehicles. water and electricity points. (although they may need to bring their own generator.
Planning our wedding for next year. For 60 guests for a sit down meal and 120 evening guests. We have a space 9x18m and would want to use the space as economically as possible.
Additional catering tend would be needed, as well as luxury toilets to situated near the main tent/tipee/yurt.
Internally we would like 6 tables of 10 with simple lime washed chairs, a dance floor, stage for band, self service bar and a photo booth.
