What an extraordinary year it has been for Poptop – in fact, it stands as our most remarkable year to date! A record number of people have attended a Poptop party, and we’ve implemented some fantastic tech improvements to our website for both clients and suppliers. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights.

What have we been up to?

2023 has been a year of innovation and progress at Poptop, marked by the launch of several remarkable projects that have elevated our platform. Take a look at our 2023 timeline showcasing the array of releases that have contributed to making Poptop better than ever before.

We released so many incredible projects, but a select few really showcased the success of 2023. Let’s have a more in-depth look at our Poptop Bars, Murder Mystery category and the latest developments to our Super Supplier program.

Poptop Bars

We launched four incredible mobile bar experiences that can only be found on Poptop.

Since the launch of our bars, we’ve confirmed 45 bookings and over 3600 people have attended a party with a Poptop bar. Check out our latest bars.

The ‘Boozy Botanical Bar’

Get out your green thumb and try some tropical and floral-scented drinks.

Mad Hatters Bar

The clock is ticking and you’ve got to meet the white rabbit for some delicious cocktails.

The Garrison Bar

Step into the world of Peaky Blinders and tell the bartender your troubles at the Garrison, by order of Poptop.

Studio 54 Disco Bar

It’s time to jive and boogie like there’s no tomorrow in this disco-inspired bar.

We’re so happy with the success of Poptop bars in 2023, that we can’t wait to see all the parties and celebrations they’ll be a part of in 2024! But before that let’s take a look at a new category that left people guessing this year.

New Category: Murder Mystery

We’ve introduced several new categories, and one that has particularly caught the attention of our clients is the Murder Mystery experience.

Clients can now experience a one-of-a-kind story in one all-inclusive package. So far, this category has confirmed 15+ bookings since it launched in late 2023. We can’t wait to see who is going to put all the clues together in 2024.

Super Supplier

Super Supplier is our innovative Supplier reward system and this year we decided to change things up for how it works.

Super Supplier was created to acknowledge the best-performing suppliers in the UK. Suppliers who attain Super Supplier status on Poptop are rewarded with top visibility and  100% increase in bookings. Here are the changes we have made to the program:

• Suppliers can now be rewarded Super Supplier daily instead of every 3 months.
• We introduced the Poptop Levels system – which tells suppliers how close they’re to becoming a Super Supplier.
