Hi, I am planning a wedding for a friend, for September 3rd 2016. We are planning a festival themed type wedding, and will need to provide accommodation for a fair few out of town guests that are travelling to the wedding. The reception is being held in my friends back garden, which is roughly 6 acres, with a large amount of flat land. I am looking for a rough estimate on the price for 10-20 bell tents, that could potentially sleep up 5 - as there are families with children. At the moment, this is very approximate, but I'd like to have costs to show the bride and groom. Thanks!

Hello! I am looking to hire a tent to provide cover for an event in case of bad weather. eh tent would need to have sides and be able to seat 110 people in rows facing one way and also accommodate a very small platform in front of the first row. There is no need for tables, so room will be for seats only. The event will be on a Saturday, but the tent will need to be erected on the Friday and dismantled early Sunday. I would like to know if this is possible, what the cost would be and what the cost would include.

Please could you give an approx. price for a marquee / party tent that can accommodate 50 people sitting, 5 tables, 30 chairs, carpets and lights. Have a party in october, so, what is the price for 1 heater?
This marquee is required for our garden in July next year. In order to cater for our large family. So we require a sturdy waterproof structure. Possibly with some decor, table and chairs a possible moving partition (curtain). Obviously this all depends on the quote.
