Hired the bell tent & hot tub for my granddaughters 16th birthday. Fabulous !!! All her friends loved it slept in the tent for 3 nights. And had a great time. And loved the hot tub. I needed advice about the hot tub and was sorted straight away. All in all the birthday party was a great success. Highly recommend for any kind of party !!! And also the price was great. Looked elsewhere and was double the price.

Absolutely brilliant service. Mike totally went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. The set up was great. We had a brilliant time. Mike was always on the end of the phone if we had a question about something. Great bloke and top quality equipment and service. I won’t be using anyone else in future and will definitely be hiring from Tubs and Castles again. Thanks again Mike

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were soo good at explaining everything on arrival and I was really impressed with the hygiene standards. We loved the hot tub experience and would definitely recommend the company and use them again. They were also really fast at responding to emails and calls regarding drop off and pick up times x

We really enjoyed having the hot tub and this is something we will do again. Stephanie who delivered it was lovely. She gave a really through instructions and was polite professional and really nice 😊 We did find the tub took a long time to heat up fully and then when we were in we found the temperature would drop quite quickly so we would have to get out and put the cover on for a couple of hours for it to heat up again, this was disappointing as I would have expected it to stay at the same heat. But over all it was a good experience.
