What a fantastic experience and meal. Greg just slotted right in to the kitchen space, he was so friendly and chatty. I couldn’t believe the amount of food and equipment that arrived. The meal was amazing, the freshness, the flavours, presentation - top notch. With the added bonus of some chocolates and madeleine cakes for post dessert. The only niggle is that some plates were cleared away before everyone had finished eating and the food was served really quickly, I’d have liked it more leisurely. But having said that, would I use Greg and his team again, absolutely and I’m sure if i asked the meal time to be longer then he would oblige, especially as i booked a 7pm dinner start time and he was flexible starting at 7:10 due to baby bedtimes. The kitchen was left perfect and everyone (11 of us) all thoroughly enjoyed the evening and food.

Absolutely phenomenal food and service. From the moment we booked Chef Edward’s services, he immediately contacted us to make sure all our culinary and hospitality needs were addressed. He even set up a time for us to call from the U.S. just so he could make sure everything was in order prior to our arrival. When the day finally arrived, we showed up to our beautiful AirBnb with Ed hard at work in the kitchen and the glorious smells of our dinner wafting throughout the house. Ed immediately met us with a smile and gave us a heartfelt welcome. The table was beautifully set and we were soon seated. He expertly explained each dish and paired beverage. The scallop starter was absolutely phenomenal. The spices and heat balances so well with the scallop. Just when we didn’t think it could get any better, the beef Wellington arrived. I have traveled the world and this is without a doubt the best beef dish I have ever eaten. Our pallets were cleansed with a fantastic handmade raspberry sorbet, also expertly paired with a delicious beverage. The meal was completed with a delicious assortment of homemade macarons and salted/chocolate crisps. To concluded, I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to be Fed by Ed! You won’t regret it!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Arrived on time and the set up worked really well!! People couldn’t get over how nice the food was, all next day that’s all people in the office was talking about, and how even the food they took home still tasted like it was just off the grill. I 100% recommend Debbie, real Jamaican dishes with flavour, and even catered for our dietary requirements (halal and plant based dishes) I without a doubt will be using her in the future. I made the right choice,😊 Thanks again!!!

Simon was fantastic from the extensive menu options and short notice to prepare to the delicious food and professional service...everything was wonderful! I would highly recommend his services. We had a 3 course meal, 11 people at our Airbnb which was organised with only 2 days notice. He has great menu choices for vegetarians and was extremely accommodating for our vegan guest. 5/5 thanks Simon!
