We had the best evening!
Ed arrived on time and was very polite on arrival. He met everyone and then sorted himself out and left us to it.
Everything was being prepped while we were still able to enjoy our time on our weekend away.
Food started coming out right on the time we agreed which was perfect. Ed served the food to all individuals and then spoke through what we had. The same for our mains and desserts.
All our plates were cleared from us after each course.
The food was amazing! Each course was well presented and tasted amazing.
Ed couldn’t have been more attentive during his visit with offering us all drinks and making sure we had everything we needed.
The kitchen was left sparkling after he left with the dishwasher turned on!
This was a special treat for my 30th birthday and we couldn’t have been more delighted with how the evening went. We all got to relax and enjoy the evening together without any worry.
Thankyou so much Ed for making it a special evening!
Would highly recommend for all special occasions.

I had good communication with Chef Silvestre before the event. One of our group was a pescatarian so happily cooked a different meal to the meat eaters. Professional and on time. Food was lovely and plates were clean! Recommend.

From booking to eating everything was top notch. The food incredibly delicious, visually very pleasing and loved the small touches of trying to match some of our company colours. The booking process and follow up admin made my life as an organiser very easy and for that most grateful. I would highly recommend Janice and the team for a catering with a difference for your event!

Greg was amazing. So professional, and helpful. Turned up bang on time. Highly organised, and produced an incredible and delicious dinner, served it and washed up the whole thing. It was beyond any expectations.

Lovely experience and fantastic value for money. Turned up on time. I requested the servers wore masks which wasn't a problem. We did nothing but sit at the table to be waited on. Food was excellent and the kitchen was left immaculate. A great experience all round.
