We had an incredible experience with Chef Mario, who prepared a six-course meal for us at home. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious – thoughtful, creative, and full of flavor. He clearly knows his craft and has a real passion for food.
Mario was also a pleasure to work with: punctual, professional, and communicative from the very beginning. He made planning easy and tailored the menu to suit our tastes. On the night, he handled everything seamlessly and even took time to explain the dishes and ingredients, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
Beyond his culinary skills, he’s just a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. The evening felt relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish.

I couldn't recommend Ed enough. He made his Spanish sharing menu for my sisters hen do and every course was delicious! His hospitality was fantastic, and looked after us very well. He was very flexible, and catered extremely well for our varying dietary requirements, we had multiple allegeries and vegetarians, but he made sure everyone had enough of what they were able to eat. Ed did all the prep, cooking and cleaning up afterwards, and left the kitchen spotless.

Excellent & friendly communication leading up to the event. A fantastic evening with an amazing three course meal cooked to perfection in a small kitchen with very little preparation space. A fantastic way to celebrate a 60th birthday. Sean and Kelly were excellent and prepared and served the most excellent food. Additional requests were no problem at all. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them for any event.
