Ben was extremely responsive prior to the event and made us comfortable everything was in hand. On the day he got there early, setup with no fuss and got the party going. Ben entertained the children incredibly well - they were all very pleased. He is a very nice person and there was no problem managing the children (group of 18 7-year olds) at any point. Ellis was amazing. He arrived early, did a great job of being Spider-Man and kept the kids entertained with games, bubbles, balloons etc. My son was made to feel very special and left him with great 5th birthday party memories. Ellis even drew a caricature of my son in a Spider-Man suit. Wonderful final touch.
