In the days and weeks before the event (my mum's 70th birthday), he explained clearly what was on offer and asked questions about the venue to ensure he had everything he needed. The food was excellent. Although slightly fewer guests attended than we had anticipated, that meant more people had extra portions. I can't recommend Gingernut Catering enough.
