Hi - we are planning our wedding reception on the 2nd September. We're expecting guests to start arriving at around 5pm-ish, so would ideally want the band to have arrived and set up before then to avoid having to sound check once guests have arrived - so please quote from around 3pm!
We're looking for a band that would be able to gently "warm up" the group with a set after dinner, followed by a more energetic set later to get people on their feet. We'll have guests of all ages so some the ability to mix in some 50s/60s classics as well as more modern would go down well.

Our evening music is already covered but we're looking for something to liven up our afternoon between 14:30 and 16:15 when we are having photos taken and canapés served. Hopefully this will be outside but if you are able to be mobile to come indoors to play for a short period (between 16:00 and 16:15) whilst we welcome guests into the wedding breakfast that would be a bonus.
