I couldn't recommend Ed enough. He made his Spanish sharing menu for my sisters hen do and every course was delicious! His hospitality was fantastic, and looked after us very well. He was very flexible, and catered extremely well for our varying dietary requirements, we had multiple allegeries and vegetarians, but he made sure everyone had enough of what they were able to eat. Ed did all the prep, cooking and cleaning up afterwards, and left the kitchen spotless.

Chef Orfeo, truly made our anniversary dinner a very memorable experience. We required a fine dining experience from the comfort of our home due to having a 6 month old baby with us and this is exactly what Chef delivered. The food was exquisite. From the starters to the main to the dessert, everything tasted fantastic and was presented fabulously. Chef explained each dish to us and how it was made (everything was hand made by his team) and all ingredients used for all the dishes took into account our requirement for halal meat and no alcohol being used. Chef was informed of our baby before hand and during the event even took the time to give us pauses in-between the dishes when needed to tend to the baby. With his experience and heritage it is only a matter of time before Chef and his business go huge in UK. I look forward to booking an event with Chef very soon and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a fantastic Italian experience for their palate in the comfort of their own space. The Carbonara Chicken Tagliatelle and the Tiramisu are the 2 best dishes I have ever eaten and would give them 6/5 stars.

We had dinner for 9 with paella or trout pate to start. Salmon or duck main and pavlova or key lime pie. Every single dish was delicious and cooked to perfection.
Marco arrived promptly, was very engaging and left the kitchen clean and tidy.

I arranged a 3-course family dinner for my husband's 60th Birthday on Friday 14th August and Simon arrived with Tracey, his waitress. We had two different starters & desserts and a traditional sirloin steak main, and all the food was absolutely amazing. Simon & Tracey were brilliant and definitely made my husband's birthday very special and it was great not to have to travel to a restaurant but have restaurant quality food (if not better) in the comfort of your own home. I would definitely recommend using Simon James Catering, for the excellent quality, presentation and amazing value for money for any special event.
