We hired serving staff for our wedding reception, at first the communication was great however I asked on multiple occasions if I could get proof of their public liability insurance as requested by the wedding venue, it took a while to get it as the person whose normally in charge of this was on holiday which we understood but could have been communicated better as we kept getting told that we would receive it. On the day of the wedding, we were really pleased with the quality of service. Other than slight issues on communications, the service provided was great

I just wanted to say how much we were thrilled with the service that we received from this company. The staff were amazing, and dealt with a number of issues that came up on our wedding with such professionalism. The staff arrived early and were very professional, polite and efficient. My only criticism is that I found the company quite difficult to get hold of on a couple of occasions ahead of the wedding, which was disappointing. Overall though a great service.
