I loved it!!! It was so good to chill out in the hot tub! I have hired a hot tub for Christmas and New Year for a total of 10 days. The service was excellent. Ashley contacted me soon after the booking to arrange time of delivery and pikc up. On the day of delivery he was perfectly on time. He set the hot tub and gave me clear instructions to look after it (don't worry, there is no much to do - just to put a tea spoon of chlorine a day in the water and to press a button or two!). He gave me his availability in case something would have gone wrong (everything was fine). On the collection day he was very on time too and did his job quickly. I was concerned about the temperature, but it was perfect. What a delight to be in the hot and bubbling water when outside is cold and miserable! I gave four stars for the Accuracy as the tub I have hired is advertised for four people. In my opinion four people would feel a little squashed, especially if tall and robust. Perfect for two or three especially if you like to spend some time in there and to stretch and relax. Overall, I strongly recommend it!

Absolutely brilliant service. Mike totally went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. The set up was great. We had a brilliant time. Mike was always on the end of the phone if we had a question about something. Great bloke and top quality equipment and service. I won’t be using anyone else in future and will definitely be hiring from Tubs and Castles again. Thanks again Mike

Loved our hot tub rental, really good to have it for a full 7 days too. Helpful set up and take away from KEDA. Found the bubbles a bit noisy to relax to but the tub itself was brilliant, really spacious and comfortable. Can't wait to rent one again another time!
