Absolutely excellent company. Great at communicating. Arrived on time and the whole set up of the hot tub was brilliant. There were fun inflatables and lovely little touches which made our event really special. My son had an amazing birthday party and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

Russell from Herts Hot Tub Hire was great, he came on his own on a Saturday and set up the hot tub for me, even putting up with two very excited little boys who constantly questioned him! He gave me full instructions, full dos and don'ts. Kept in contact the whole time delivering and picking up. Genuine fella, would really recommend hiring from him in the future. Hired the bell tent & hot tub for my granddaughters 16th birthday. Fabulous !!! All her friends loved it slept in the tent for 3 nights. And had a great time. And loved the hot tub. I needed advice about the hot tub and was sorted straight away. All in all the birthday party was a great success. Highly recommend for any kind of party !!! And also the price was great. Looked elsewhere and was double the price.

We ordered a hot tub and decorated gazebo for my sons 10th birthday! Still got it! Can’t get out of it! Delivery friendly and they explained everything really well and were so nice. The decorations in the gazebo were beautifully tropical and looked really lovely especially at night with the fairy lights and led lights in the tub. We’re very happy with everything so far!
