Debbie kept in touch before the party by email and phone, she arrived with her crew on time around 3hours before the party started, promptly set up and started cooking the food, they set out salads, cutlery and sauces and told us when the food was ready. We had around 50 to feed, our guests enjoyed the food so much they went back for 2nd and 3rd servings!! There was more than enough food to go around, plus I gave Debbie containers to box up leftovers which we ate the day after!! the ingredients they use are top quality, they cook carribean food to perfection, and Debbie cooks the mutton curry herself which is amazzzzing! everything was so delicious, the food was a hit for our guests and I am sure they will be for anyone that hires them, I would highly recommend Spice it up, thank you so much 😊

Andrew was easy to communicate with ahead of the event, thoroughly pleasant on the day and offered a wide range of coffee and hot chocolate options for our staff to enjoy. We look forward to using him again in the New Year.

Perfect buffet, HUGE selection. Highly recommend. Asked the last minute and served the best buffet we have received in a long time and we have company lunches weekly.

"These guys were amazing. Very professional and the food was absolutely fantastic.
Arrived in very good time to set up and start the smoking of the meats. Great salad choices and the doughnuts were incredible. Loved everything about Smoulder and Scorch and would highly recommend them. Very, very tasty food.

Ian barbequed an American menu for my husband's 30th birthday and he was amazing! The food was wonderful and super tasty, everyone loved it! My husband had 4 plates of food and enjoyed every bite! Ian is very friendly, profressional and was very easy to work with to create a special birthday. I would definatley recommend him! The BBQ went off perfectly, if your looking for an event with an amazing chef Ian is your guy! It was great to relax and enjoy the day whilst Ian took care of all the food! Thank you Ian!
