Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

We booked Country Fried for a 60th birthday party, I would ‘highly’ recommend them. They were friendly, professional, clean and the food was outstanding, friends and family are still talking about how great the fish and chips were! Didn’t leave any rubbish, so easy for a party and stress free for the host. It was fun having a food van, we kept it a surprise for the guests and they all enjoyed it, we would definitely book again. KK Catering delivered for sure! All our guests complimented the food. Everyone was served quickly! The kids enjoyed the ice cream tubs! Staff were lovely and very friendly. Would highly recommended them for events! Will definitely be using them again for future events!

We will delight your guests with our delicious crisp freshly cooked meals including beer-battered fish and chips, from one of our smart vans. All served in sustainable card trays/plates or box packaging, quality napkins, including wooden chip folks, even wooden knives and folks if required. Quality condiments: malt vinegar, Heinz ketchup, mayo, tartar sauce. We provide a recycle bin for any rubbish to take off-site afterwards. We offer time slots from 1-4 hours depending on the number of guests.
