Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again. I think emptying it will be tricky, as no hose connection to empty it directly into a drain, so you have to just pull out the plug, which will obviously let the water out everywhere, but if you're ok with that, then this is a great idea. I'd recommend it to everyone.

"I can’t fault these guys for their service as they contacted me well in advance to check the suitability of access to ensure no problems on delivery. When they arrived they saw to the whole process and sought our opinion on some key points with placement of the tub and the gazebo. They also completed the chemical test to make sure all was ok before they left.
The hot tub itself is superb and have been in with friends and enjoyed the relaxing down time every day. Also been good as a taster as thinking of buying one eventually and let’s you see the practicalities of having one.
So all in all very pleased with this company and would happily recommend to others."
