We hand stretch and double proof our dough to ensure great flavour and airy texture. It’s something that’s sets us apart, like building a house, you start with a great base! Using our huge 1.2m log fired oven, our pizzas are cooked at around 450’C on a stone base that gives a truest unique flavour helped by the hardwood flames. All our menus are uniquely designed around each event to ensure you have exactly what you want at your event.
