Paolo and his pizzas were perfect for my party. Everyone enjoyed the food and the pizzas were made so quickly with people being able to choose exactly what they wanted. Dietary requirements were catered for and Paolo and his colleague was extremely friendly and efficient. Hiring a pizza van meant that catering for my party was so easy for me as Paolo managed everything. All the guests loved the pizzas, I would definitely recommend to others.

Party Showcase — The Mobile Horsebox Pizzeria That Kept the Buffet Slices Fresh and Warm

What we loved about this event

Guests at a recent party were treated to hand-stretched Neapolitan slices served straight from our caterer's beautifully converted horsebox. The food was exceptional. Built upon a signature 72-hour cold-fermented dough, the pizzaiolo’s bespoke menu featured authentic San Marzano tomatoes and creamy Fior di Latte mozzarella. Pre-event communication proved highly organised, and the family-run team showed that "nothing was too much" trouble on the actual day. Thanks to their clever pizza buffet format, the host noted the food was "always fresh and warm" right to the very end of the night.
