SO happy we hired wait staff from Ime’s agency!
The team we had on the night were honestly so helpful, eager to do beyond what was needed to make our lives easier so we could actually enjoy the party. So attentive to all the guests. They arrived on time, even abit earlier than the requested timing and were just all round amazing.
Communication with Ime before and on the day of the event was 5*. We will definitely be using wait staff from the agency again 🫶🏽

We were really happy with the service Mike and the POM events team supplied.
Mike was very responsive and adaptable to queries via pop-top, providing information or suggestions based on his previous experiences when relevant.
On the day, the team arrived promptly and were really friendly and professional.
Everyone at the wedding afterwards said how nice and on it they seemed!
The team leader had read through all the information I had provided before hand and clearly knew what she was meant to do and when.
Really happy with the service provided, thanks guys!

The whole team were absolutely fantastic, particularly Dorris, who I cannot say enough how brilliant she was.
They were incredibly professional and made our DIY wedding all come together.

Mike and his team were absolutely perfect, I don't think there's a single thing they could have done better. They were incredibly friendly, with our guests endlessly telling us how great they were, and they brought such a positive energy, while also reading the room perfectly to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, as we didn't want anything over-formal (although I have zero doubt that they could also provide that if required!). They were amazing from start to finish, despite it being a long day.
Mike's communication from our first enquiry until the very end of the event was fantastic, which is so reassuring when you're trying to organise a big event with so many moving parts, and they coped incredibly well with our perhaps over-zealous list of instructions for the day!
I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!!!!

ALTevents were amazing. The two guys Mike and Ryan were an absolute delight lovely guy who got on very well with all the guests. They were approachable funny respectful and very efficient. The cocktails Ryan made were a great hit and broke the ice. Drinks were kept topped up. Food served and tried very hard to do a Bbq in the rain 🌧️. They cleared all food and washed the dishes as well as putting the bin bags out. Can’t praise them enough worth every penny. Guests very equally impressed. Thank guys you are stars 🌟

Unfortunately, I had to chase Ruby Lemon at the beginning of the event. The service was meant to start at 6pm sharp, and I only had one of the three staff we had hired, arrive about 4 minutes before service started. The other two waiting staff were late and I had to chase Ruby Lemon, they did not update me on their own accord. They offered nothing for this and I had to ask for a partial refund as one team member arrived just before 7pm. The team that were here were very professional and eager to help once working the job. However, I think because of the lack of transparency we would not use this company again.
