Jakub supplied excellent food at short notice for our daughters 21st birthday celebration. The menu choice was great. What we selected surpassed our expectation and made for a wonderful celebration. I would highly recommend him and his food.

Booking process:
The booking process was very efficient and Ed was responsive, organised and open to any changes on the menu.
Dinner evening:
From the moment Ed arrived (early)! everything went perfectly. Ed had some great stories (especially how he got into cooking in the first place) and was very accommodative (as we had baby’s we needed to get to sleep).
Then came the food and quite simply, it was spectacular. Extremely tasty, well presented and well explained through each course.
Ed also suggested a wine pairing which was a lovely touch and added depth / flavour to each dish.
Overall I couldn’t recommend more. So much so, the Air BnB host is now adding him to the suggested itinerary for the place we were staying.
Thank you Ed, we’ll see you again soon.

Nicholas was fantastic and I couldn't recommend him more! I bought my father a cooking lesson with him for his birthday and Nicholas made him feel so comfortable. He came prepared with great courses that had been discussed beforehand, put much time and thought into the preparation and bought produce from his own garden. My father had the most brilliant afternoon and now feels excited about cooking. We will definitely hire Nicholas again for upcoming events, but I highly recommend thinking about a cooking class also with him. Thanks Nicholas!

"What a fantastic experience. Food was exquisite. Nelson was so attentive. We were six females celebrating a big birthday and this meal and service was the end to a perfect day. We were staying in a hired lodge. We will definitely do this again. Would highly recommend - no complaints!

We had an absolutely wonderful meal cooked by Alastair. He was friendly without being intrusive. He left the kitchen clean and tidy . We will definitely be using this service again .
