We used Chef Lucas for 2 separate corporate events across 2 sites and from Start to the finish the experience was not only easy but very professional! Communication was excellent - Lucasz responded very quicky and was very friendly! food very yummy and the whole process was a breeze! We used Blidano's for our corporate summer party. The food was excellent and a great value for money. The food truck set up in the back courtyard of our building, they only needed two power outlets and 30 min set up time, so they were very low maintenance to host. It was 30C outside so we're very appreciative they endured the heat for our party! They catered for our GF guests, halal guests, people with nut allergies and many vegetarians. I liked that everyone got a main (e.g. burrito fajita, quesadilla, naked bowl) and a side of nachos. We would definitely have them again for corporate events in the future.

the food was delicious, although only downside is that the burritos were abit cold, some elements had obviously been kept in the fridge for transportation but then made the burritos quite cold to eat, which was a shame, but this was the only negative that i had :)

Great communication from the start by Mattwhen the booking was made. He sent me an email with the menu options and other options they could provide. I booked the food truck for a small home party for my wife’s 40th birthday and she loved the food, as did all the guests. Matt and Emily provided great service and were lovely to talk to. Definitely interested in booking them again!

"From the beginning to the end,Mark was fabulous. He listened, advised and absolutely came through. We kept upping the numbers but that did not phase him. We chose Paella’, salad and bread. They were so delicious. Our guests went for seconds and thirds. From arrival Mark and Simon rigged their equipment without any fuss. They let us know when the food was ready - at the agreed time, They were so friendly to our guests. They also went around and tidied plates when people had finished.
I would love to use them again if we had another event. Several guests took their card and would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much, Mark."
