Unfortunately, I had to chase Ruby Lemon at the beginning of the event. The service was meant to start at 6pm sharp, and I only had one of the three staff we had hired, arrive about 4 minutes before service started. The other two waiting staff were late and I had to chase Ruby Lemon, they did not update me on their own accord. They offered nothing for this and I had to ask for a partial refund as one team member arrived just before 7pm. The team that were here were very professional and eager to help once working the job. However, I think because of the lack of transparency we would not use this company again.

Katie was absolutely amazing at our event on 15th April, she made sure our guests were topped up at all times and with the new arriving guests she was there ready to take their drink requests straight away. I could not fault her one bit, she done an amazing job, really friendly, smiling always - just lovely!
I hope when we use the service again we get her!
