Angena and her team gave impeccable service. Easy to communicate with and very pleasant indeed. The food was delivered on time and nice and hot. My mistake was not asking more clearly about a menu item - I thought the fried fish would be hot not a cold dish. However, it didn't matter at all as it was absolutely delicious along with all the rest of the food. Absolutely top notch and we got a ton of wonderful compliments. I highly recommend Deans Caribbean Kitchen.

Such a great experience - Debbie & co confirmed what time we wanted to start serving food then arrived and set everything up in time for that, and their setup made queuing and choosing your food really easy. They didn't need a power source as everything was BBQ'ed, and it was DELICIOUS! Lots of choice (though most people went for some of everything!), dietary requirements (veggie, vegan and Halal) were all well catered for and absolutely everything was provided - plates (actually boxes, for ease of carrying) cutlery, napkins, condiments, salads, sauces and masses of amazing food. Many people came up to me (the party organiser) during the event to say how great the food was, and some people even took boxes of leftovers home - one person said the curried mutton was the best thing about the entire party! We'd book them again without hesitation - everything was hot, fresh, full of flavour and just a bit different from a standard British BBQ :)

I found McCalla to be very professional and trustworthy. I will definitely 100% use them again for another event. I would highly recommend this caterer. Communication was great throughout and I was able to pick food for a tasting session. Then amend the order for taste and numbers. I had people at my event with dietary needs and these were catered for without affecting taste. There was a nice range of food which I asked for 2 hours serve and clear down. The caterer was clean, friendly and professional. My guests were very pleased and so was I. There was some food left over which I was able to take home and some of the guests. We were told how to store it and for how long. The empty plates were cleared from tables and area served cleaned. As I wanted my guests to enjoy the day it was nice to just let the caterer provide food and serve and clear down. Great value for money and its a shame they aren’t nearer for takeaway food.
