First Class. I booked Phil Preen for a special birthday event. He selected the musicians according to my wishes. Natalie, Norman and Phil’s contribution added to the evening’s success by playing lovely folk music and providing easy to follow instructions. Their performance provided great entertainment and fun for all dancers and non-dancers.

Blazing Saddles were a fantastic find for our wedding reception - they really kept the party going! Debby is a brilliant caller - her friendly manner & funny delivery got every single one of our guests joining in (even the ones who swore that nothing would get them dancing!)
Debby & Tim had a very long drive to get to us, but arrived bang on time and both set up & packed away with a minimum of disruption. Our communication before the event was friendly & crystal clear - they were wonderful to work with.
We would have no hesitation at all in booking them again & would highly recommend them

We had an absolutely amazing evening on our wedding day last month. All of our guests enjoyed Blag’s music and dancing ceilidh dance (most of our guests are professional musicians who work with orchestras such as London Symphony, Royal Philharmonic, and BBC Symphony! Phil was brilliant! Everyone loved the Ceilidh on the front lawn! It absolutely made our wedding and had everyone smiling! Can't recommend him enough!

Stomping Boondocks are a talented band who provide great entertainment at an affordable price! All correspondence was well responded to, with the band taking time and effort in carrying out our requests far better than expected. Everyone had an amazing evening with a fantastic mix of Ceilidh and DJ music played - I can't remember a time where someone wasn't up on the dance floor! :D I really couldn't recommend a better band to book for your special day.
