James couldn't make the day but arranged a replacement (Jack Beacall) who was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for Jack during the afternoon and he played all requested music with no fuss. The feedback from those who attended my mums celebration of life afternoon tea has been fantastic, a lovely, relaxing afternoon with great friends and music. I want to say a very big heartfelt thank you to both James and Jack for making mine and my late mums day as I know she would have been looking down smiling, nodding, singing and giving a big thumbs up as her approval. From our initial enquiry, Soul Sanctuary were very responsive and gave us loads of flexibilty on personalising the songs and helped with creative input (including a brilliant acapella chant for the entrance of the bride).
