We had a great experience with Activ8 Live. Their communication was prompt, clear and helpful. The server showed up a few minutes early and got familiar with my kitchen. The team helped our day to run so smoothly from our drinks reception through to helping ensure that as much tidying up of drink and food was completed by the end of the night. I honestly could not recommend this company highly enough. We booked Michael and his team just to be an extra few pairs of hands at our mostly DIY wedding reception. We needed someone to set up the welcome drinks and nibbles, and also didn’t want the guests to have to worry about clearing their own plates or washing up glasses if we ran out. I was so anxious about staff not turning up, being late or just not doing a good job but I needn’t have worried! What Michael and his staff provided was just above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We were the first to arrive at the reception and everything had been prepared and laid out exactly how we had hoped. The team were there to welcome the guests with a smile and a perfectly made Pimms! For the rest of the night, the team did all of the tasks we had asked, plus they set up a makeshift bar and served the guests drinks including cocktails. They were all so friendly, polite and hard-working. We never saw them sitting down/looking at their phones. We even had to encourage them to have a break and have food! They worked right up until their finishing time and left their area spotlessly clean and tidy. So many guests commented on how great they were and I cannot imagine how the event would have gone without them. Thank you!

The mobile DJ that I hired from Cocktailand left me truly amazed. The DJ's performance was outstanding, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone that is looking for a DJ. The setup and lighting effects were really good and we had a selection of our favourites songs and genres that we sent to the DJ prior to the event. I requested two professional waiters from Ruby Lemon to help at my party. An hour before they were due I had a phone call to let me know one of the waiters had a family issue and would not be able to attend. They were trying to find a replacement waiter. No replacement t waiter was found and I had no further phone calls. The one waitress that did attend was lovely and very helpful.
