Wood Fired Neapolitan Pizza
We serve our Neapolitan wood-fired pizza buffet style so your guests take slices as and when they like. We let our dough in slow proving, this means our pizzas are light. Then we cook our artisan wood-fired pizza in 90 seconds but every pizza takes more than 24 hours to be prepare. You can choose four pizzas specials from our events menu, service time is two hours for up to 150 guests and up to three hours for 150 to 300 guests.
