Overall, the experience with Chef Lukasz was a positive one. The grazing table was laid out beautifully, with incredibly tasty food and was brilliantly received by all of our guests for the event. The professionalism of the staff that set-up was great, and they were both very friendly. There were two minor inconveniences that restricted this being a 5 star rating; 1. We received no contact from the company on the day of the event to let us know their ETA. This did mean that they arrived without warning prior and before the hosts arrived at the venue. 2. We notified that there were 10 total dietary requirements across the 100 attendees for the event. None of the food used on the grazing table had any labelling or information to denote what was suitable for each dietary requirements, or specific individual plates provided of "safe" foods for each dietary need. This was not realised until after set-up had finished and the staff had left, otherwise this may have been able to be handled at the time of the event. Thankfully our guests with dietary needs were all comfortable making educated decisions on what was available, but for others with more restrictive dietary needs or allergies, I would be concerned by the lack of clear labelling / notification.

We booked them blindly based on their reviews and the photos of their dishes. It proved a great decision. We visited their restaurant and they allowed us to try dishes we didn't know. It was clear they knew what they were doing and we had nothing to worry about. On the day everything went like clockwork the food and buffet style proved very popular with almost no food going to waste.

Lukasz was great with all our requests for dietary requirements and was quick and efficient with communication before the wedding and offered a lot of options. Once there, he was very discreet on the preparations, but the tables were incredible! He made a separate vegan and vegetarian table as we requested, and all the food was very good quality and beautifully presented, we got a lot of compliments. He is also a very lovely person and a pleasure to speak to, I just wish we had had a bit more time for conversing on our very busy day! For an idea of sizes and contents, the photo I have uploaded was of the vegan table for twenty people, I'm still waiting for someone to send me the one for the omnivores, but I can assure you it was beautiful and super tasty!
