Ed is a fantastic chef and let us be part of the cooking according to our wishes. The whole event was successful and the food was very good. The whole evening celebrating our friends special birthday was absolutely made that more incredible by having your dining and chef experience. The whole evening was fluid without any issues, each course, plated looked like a work of art and was absolutely delicious. Adam was a delight to have in our kitchen, no fuss, no mess a pleasure. This was such a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the bottles of Thai beer for my wife's birthday was an amazingly sensitive touch. It was so nice to dine at home with the children all tucked up in bed while we drank and enjoyed ourselves in the garden. Couldn't recommend this enough, LOVE Thai food, this was pure class.
