Absolutely excellent company. Great at communicating. Arrived on time and the whole set up of the hot tub was brilliant. There were fun inflatables and lovely little touches which made our event really special. My son had an amazing birthday party and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

Russell from Herts Hot Tub Hire was great, he came on his own on a Saturday and set up the hot tub for me, even putting up with two very excited little boys who constantly questioned him! He gave me full instructions, full dos and don'ts. Kept in contact the whole time delivering and picking up. Genuine fella, would really recommend hiring from him in the future. We really enjoyed having the hot tub and this is something we will do again. Stephanie who delivered it was lovely. She gave a really through instructions and was polite professional and really nice 😊 We did find the tub took a long time to heat up fully and then when we were in we found the temperature would drop quite quickly so we would have to get out and put the cover on for a couple of hours for it to heat up again, this was disappointing as I would have expected it to stay at the same heat. But over all it was a good experience.
