Bar Match provided an exceptional service at our wedding. Flavio was very professional, very approachable, very attentive and very respectful of us and our guests. We needed a few other services such as glassware, ice and buckets but Flavio’s expertise shon through when he recommended the best type of glassware etc, which the guests absolutely adored. Flavio was able to bring our drinks reception to life, he kept the guests glasses topped up and also made sure that we were well looked after during the brief weather change. Flavio was also very well dressed, which looked fantastic with the service. I would 100000% recommend Flavio, Bar Match and his team as they go above and beyond for their clientele.

We used the team for our wedding at the end of April. The team were amazing, very professional, friendly and helpful throughout our event. The team helped our day to run so smoothly from our drinks reception through to helping ensure that as much tidying up of drink and food was completed by the end of the night. We are extremely grateful for their help through our day and having them there meant we did not need to worry about any aspects to do with our food and drinks. UK Bartenders provided an excellent team to support our annual formal function at relatively short notice. The team brilliantly hosted drinks in our reception, handing drinks to arriving guests and moving around the reception room to top-up drinks. Simultaneously, half the team placed the starters on the tables ready for the guests when we moved to the tables. Additional, they were able to cover for my mistake of not placing the wine on the table by supporting myself on getting them to tables and corks removed. The staff successfully used the table plans to ensure guests received correct meals to their dietary requirements which had only been introduced to them on the evening and they adapted perfectly to the challenge. Additionally, the team would go out their way to ensure the meal progressed to schedule, supporting the chefs and myself, to ensure plates and bowls were available to the chefs for plating as well as serving additional bottles of wine to the table when requested by the guests. Once the meal concluded the team were excellent by clearing the tables quietly (not to disturb speeches in the bar next door) and were finished prior to their allotted time.
