Richard and his team were worth their weight in gold! They worked incredibly hard all day to ensure the day went off without a hitch. They were very professional but still so friendly and personable and did absolutely everything they could to give us a perfect wedding day. Their services were above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you once again. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Unfortunately, I had to chase Ruby Lemon at the beginning of the event. The service was meant to start at 6pm sharp, and I only had one of the three staff we had hired, arrive about 4 minutes before service started. The other two waiting staff were late and I had to chase Ruby Lemon, they did not update me on their own accord. They offered nothing for this and I had to ask for a partial refund as one team member arrived just before 7pm. The team that were here were very professional and eager to help once working the job. However, I think because of the lack of transparency we would not use this company again.

Katie (our waitress) was very friendly, polite and professional. Roger from Cocktailand was hard to get hold of at times prior to the event, but this was probably due to how busy he was.

I requested two professional waiters from Ruby Lemon to help at my party. An hour before they were due I had a phone call to let me know one of the waiters had a family issue and would not be able to attend. They were trying to find a replacement waiter. No replacement t waiter was found and I had no further phone calls. The one waitress that did attend was lovely and very helpful.
