They were very professional but still so friendly and personable and did absolutely everything they could to give us a perfect wedding day. Unfortunately, I had to chase Ruby Lemon at the beginning of the event. The service was meant to start at 6pm sharp, and I only had one of the three staff we had hired, arrive about 4 minutes before service started. The other two waiting staff were late and I had to chase Ruby Lemon, they did not update me on their own accord. They offered nothing for this and I had to ask for a partial refund as one team member arrived just before 7pm. The team that were here were very professional and eager to help once working the job. However, I think because of the lack of transparency we would not use this company again.

I requested two professional waiters from Ruby Lemon to help at my party. An hour before they were due I had a phone call to let me know one of the waiters had a family issue and would not be able to attend. They were trying to find a replacement waiter. No replacement t waiter was found and I had no further phone calls. The one waitress that did attend was lovely and very helpful.
