KK were great on the day and the food was really good. The staff who were serving were also wonderful and really friendly. What slightly let KK down was the admin in the run-up to it - they needed to ask again for info already provided via poptop, they tried to charge me poptop's service fee again and I had to contact poptop to get that sorted out, they sent chasing emails for info they had already received. All's well that ends well but some work on the admin would move this from good to excellent.

We have booked Justin's beach ice cream for our wedding's evening reception. From start to finish Justin was amazing. He was super responsive, he went that extra mile of contacting and visiting the venue to make sure he is able to deliver the best possible service. Justin has kindly offered the selection of 7 different ice creams of our choice and that included a vegan option, which our vegan guests were raving about. He was on time and he was super easy to communicate to. I had a mango sorbet and it was super refreshing. Overall, it was a huge success, especially bearing in mind it was on a scorching day. I would thoroughly recommend Justin to any outdoor party, not only weddings, as he is reliable and also reasonably priced, and price/quality ratio is excellent. I would definitely book again for our first anniversary party and will recommend to friends and family. Justin and Justin's beach ice cream most certainly deserves more than just 5 stars! Very happy customers
