The parcel was delivered a day earlier than requested. It was therefore left out on a very hot day, for too long.
The company constantly sent emails to me about adding to the experience, when it was only a parcel to be delivered.
I asked them to stop in the end, because it became ridiculous.
I am not very happy about the way this gift was dealt with.

This was amazing! I had been let down at the last minute and these guys were able to accommodate my new needs and save my event. The food was awesome and the presentation was faultless. Really appreciate the fact that they came across the literal waters to work my event. Defo would use these guys again.

Absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much you really did make this birthday memorable for all of the right reasons. A box filled full of tasty delights and my mother didn't know where to start... though I think it might have been with the scotch eggs!! I have no hesitancy in recommending this firm, I will certainly be using them again from the ordering to delivery it was seamless and professional and the quality of the food was exceptional. My orders were for friends birthdays so I didn’t actually see the goodies.
My friends were highly delighted and said the food was really very fresh and there was plenty to eat.
I would highly recommend Jacc’s The Food & Dessert Co. and certainly order from them in future.
