Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

E8 were amazing! Reliable, on time and food was delicious! It was our staff Christmas party with 65 people to feed! Food was piping hot and presentation was great! Michael and his colleague were fun, friendly with big smiles! Would throughly recommend them!

"Everyone at our wake daud tge food was excellent. It was a shame about the wind, which posed a problem initially with Szymon’s gazebo. That saud he did well despite the condutions, arrived in plenty of time everyone eat what they ordered. Would recommend and use again."
