Russell from Herts Hot Tub Hire was great, he came on his own on a Saturday and set up the hot tub for me, even putting up with two very excited little boys who constantly questioned him!
He gave me full instructions, full dos and don'ts. Kept in contact the whole time delivering and picking up.
Genuine fella, would really recommend hiring from him in the future.

Ordered the Hot Tub for my daughters birthday and Mike from Tubs & Castles did a fantastic job and our daughter had a fantastic day. Mike turned up promptly and set everything up great. Really good job!!

Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again. I think emptying it will be tricky, as no hose connection to empty it directly into a drain, so you have to just pull out the plug, which will obviously let the water out everywhere, but if you're ok with that, then this is a great idea. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Excellent service, however poor time keeping. Turned up a couple of hours later than they said they would but once here were efficient and problem solved all eventualities. Good quality kit and stayed super warm despite the single figure outside temperatures. Overall I would use the again.
