Jermaine from Yaard Hut was brilliant and very accommodating. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Guests really enjoyed the BBQ especially the jerk chicken.

"Dawn and her team at Carriburton were absolutely fantastic. When we decided to go with a venue that allowed for self catering we decided on Carribean food quite quickly as my family are from Jamaica and Jess' family enjoy this type of food. From the moment Carriburton Caterers got in touch with us they were fantastic. Professional, reassuring and able to tailor the menu to our requests. Once we had the taster session with Dawn we absolutely knew this was the team for us. The food was delicious and plentiful! On the day the team were brilliant, we chose to have the food served as a buffet and the guests thoroughly enjoyed it. There was more than enough for people to go up and get seconds and even some for us to take back home. Thanks guys for your wonderful service and all the best for the future. Aaron and Jess"

"McCalla Carribean Crusine was a wonderful catering company to work with, in regards to my party, the food was presented perfectly, all my guess was saying how nice the food was, and everyone got very big potions. I found McCalla to be very professional and trustworthy. I will definitely 100% use them again for another event. I would highly recommend this caterer. Communication was great throughout and I was able to pick food for a tasting session. Then amend the order for taste and numbers. I had people at my event with dietary needs and these were catered for without affecting taste. There was a nice range of food which I asked for 2 hours serve and clear down. The caterer was clean, friendly and professional. My guests were very pleased and so was I. There was some food left over which I was able to take home and some of the guests. We were told how to store it and for how long. The empty plates were cleared from tables and area served cleaned. As I wanted my guests to enjoy the day it was nice to just let the caterer provide food and serve and clear down. Great value for money and its a shame they aren’t nearer for takeaway food.
