At Fire & Dough we serve the region's finest, wood-fired pizzas from our converted trucks. We use British flour, farmed using regenerative practices and the best product we can find. We offer two different services for your guests, either serving full pizzas for everybody or offering a pizza buffet, whereby we keep churning out your favourite flavours for an agreed amount of time. We've perfected our dough recipe over the years and can cater our menu to your desires.

Fire & Dough was born in 2018 from a love of all things local and a passion for great food. Hexham-born co-founders Ross and John set out with the objective of bringing authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas to the people of the North East.
