My waiter was an hour late because of train issues which wasn’t a great start as most of my guests arrived on time. But once he arrived he listened to and recorded my requests well and shortly after getting his feel which took about 30mins, he was good. Fielding requests and accurately carry out my requirements

Booked for Celebration

We booked two servers through PopTop for an evening wedding reception (50 guests) at home, 31/08/24. They were brilliant from start to finish! Both arrived promptly and got into their work immediately, clearly very experienced. The gentleman (Soma) set up a bar area quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, helpful and courteous , welcoming the guests with a smile and a drink, clearing up, replenishing drinks and ice promptly. The lady (Nilufa) plated the buffet food, presenting everything beautifully from the fridge to the table, ensuring everything required was there for the guests. She was very vigilant for example she reacted immediately when a guest dropped a couple of wine glasses, promptly sweeping up. She worked the room checking everyone had what they wanted, and was also extremely tidy and conscientious. When they left the waste was bagged, and recycling separated and in the recycling bins. I can’t rate them both too highly and they contributed to the success of the party.. I was really impressed with the whole service provided, 10/10!

The representatives from ESS were amazing. They were personable, hard working, organised, tidy, adaptable and really made me feel at ease. Anything that needed doing they did without being asked. They were always one step ahead. They even went to buy supplies when we ran low on a couple of small items. I cannot speak highly enough about the service which we received. They made our event run smoothly and I did not have to worry about the service aspect of the event at all which meant I was able to relax and enjoy the night with my guests which is exactly what we wanted. All of our guests commented on how hard working and friendly they were. We would not hesitate to book ESS for future events. They were 5* all round.

The staff arrived early and were very professional, polite and efficient. My only criticism is that I found the company quite difficult to get hold of on a couple of occasions ahead of the wedding, which was disappointing. Overall though a great service.

The three wonderful staff who worked our event were just incredible. We really couldn’t have wished for anything more from them. Our event at the headquarters of the Down’s Syndrome Association was a huge success and made even better knowing that the staff were so professional and compassionate towards the attendees with Down’s syndrome. Booked for Private party

We hired 2 staff to help serve drinks and food and tidy up before and during a party for 40 people. The team arrived on time and were courteous and helpful they helped prepare food and wash up. During the party, with a little guidance, they helped serve drinks and food, and cleared away glasses and bottles and washed up we were left with virtually no clearing up after everyone had gone which was lovely! Thank you Favourz!
