Service was excellent. Provided plenty of food with left overs. Guests were able to come back for seconds and many did. Great sides for vegetarians/vegans. Provided reasonable adjustments to menu to need our guests needs. The vegan mac N cheese was lovely

What an amazing experience we had with Yana, Jose, Ellie & Ellie from Crocus Paella who catered our postponed wedding reception this weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a better service, or a better team to cater our reception. They were so friendly and made the most excellent food which was so tasty, traditional, filling and the Paella is also naturally gluten free, nut free and dairy free. Everyone really enjoyed it all! There was plenty left over for people to come and get second helpings. The tapas choices were also absolutely excellent, beautiful meats and cheese selections and fabulous croquettes, all clearly labelled with dietary information where needed. I couldn’t think of a better option for catering which suited absolutely everyone’s preferences and needs than the amazing paella from Crocus Paella, all for an extremely reasonable price. The team set everything up with minimal fuss and a huge amount of enthusiasm. We’ll be recommending them to anyone and everyone, don’t hesitate to book them for your event immediately! We would post some pictures but the food was so excellent it was gobbled before we managed to get some snaps!! We will be looking out for their stands around Brighton, wonderful food from wonderful people. Thank you all so much for such a smashing meal!

I would give them more than 5 if I could. They were absolutely fantastic, absolutely went above and beyond to make everything from big to small wonderfully perfect for us. They thought of everything and really took the pressure off. Such great guys too who we had a great time with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again!

"When I needed a caterer for my mums birthday party I came across McCallas Caribbean Cuisine and I can honestly say I made the perfect choice.
The food they provided was awesome; freshly prepared and very very tasty. The Curried Goat was well prepared, the meat had great consistency and the taste was just right; not over seasoned and was just how my mum makes. Ooh and the Jerk Salmon was to die for. Very tender with a taste sensation that can only be described as sublime.
Roxanne was my main contact before, during and after the event. I found her to be polite, friendly, approachable and everything was 100% professional.
On the evening of the event, I found the staff she provided to serve the food, very well presented, polite, friendly and very efficient. They made the buffet service run very smoothly.
Overall, although they weren’t the cheapest company I found, I can say speaking from my own personal experience, I found them to be the best. Worth every penny. If I could, I’d most definitely give a ranking of 10.
A huge thank you goes out to Roxanne and her staff, the food and service you provided really played a huge part and made my event that ever more special. It feels great to know I have access to the best Caribbean Cuisine in London.
