It is great English produce cooked in a kinda diner style. We use rare breed meats and local suppliers wherever possible. If we don’t make it ourselves, we get it from the best people around. We like the simple honest cooking of good ingredients. Trying to do it the right way. We are the first truck in London to do it American-style and actually trade on a street corner! So we have tried to do it right.
