Our Chef, Lewis was spot on, explained what he was cooking, also when it would be ready. He explained what each dish was, and if spicy or not. Food was amazing, everyone in our party really enjoyed the experience. Would I use Lewis again…yes. Would I use Poptop again yes. Communication from both Poptop and Lewis was A1.
