Carl did an amazing job. Pizza was delicious! He was excellent communicating with us leading up to the event, to ensure our guest's dietary requirements were accommodated. He was really friendly and reliable on the day. We also really appreciated the system he had for serving the pizza: it worked really well, with guests being able to grab a hot slice at any time. 10/10

The pork was incredible and the crackling, PERFECT! they were very accommodating with digestive requirements, even providing gluten free stuffing etc! And the cakes!! OH MY GOODNESS, heaven!
